Meet Monika Kelly
Chiropractic Assistant/Physical Therapist
From her early career in physical therapy to her current role as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA), Monika has been passionate about helping others achieve optimal wellness.
She started working in the healthcare field as a receptionist before pursuing education as a physical therapist, which involved three years of training. Monika then underwent two additional years of study focusing on spinal and neurological aspects and decided to transition into chiropractic care. She now works closely with Dr. Kelly as a CA.
In her role, she provides patients with exercises, answers any questions, and facilitates progress exams and testing.
A Passion for People and Chiropractic Care
What Monika loves most about what she does is working with people. She was a social worker and an assistant in nursing homes, so engaging with others has always been enjoyable.
She was first introduced to chiropractic care about 15 years ago when she met Dr. Kelly. Since then, this form of natural healthcare has become vital to her life, allowing her to stay active and well.
“I don’t know how I ever lived without chiropractic care before because now it’s just such a big part of my life.” Monika, who is constantly staying active, appreciates that chiropractic allows her to keep going. “I 100% can’t imagine myself doing everything that I’m doing right now without chiropractic.”
A Range of Interests Outside the Practice
When she’s not assisting patients, Monika enjoys expressing herself through art, particularly painting. She also enjoys drawing, sewing, clothing design, and furniture renovation.
Monika is happily married to Dr. Kelly, and the couple enjoys spending time with their two beautiful daughters. Embracing chiropractic care for her kids from an early age, Monika recognises how particularly important it is during the transformative postpartum period.
